• Usage data: reminder delivery status, open tracking, WhatsApp receipts
• Technical data: IP, browser type, session data

• Deliver automated reminders to your clients
• Show delivery and open-rate analytics
• Maintain your account and provide support
• Detect and prevent fraud

3. Data sharing

We share data only with Twilio (WhatsApp), Resend (email), Supabase (database), and Stripe (payments) as strictly necessary to operate the service.

4. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@followup.in and we'll respond within 14 days.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow industry best practices for access control.
