FollowUp stores account information, invoice details, client contact information, reminder history, subscription state, and pricing-region metadata required to operate the service.

Email reminders are delivered through Gmail, WhatsApp reminders through Twilio, and authentication through Supabase.

Reminder tracking only records delivery-related events such as opens and sends for invoices created in your account. We do not sell your data.

If you need data deletion or export support, contact the account owner or service administrator for the workspace that created the invoice.
