Terms of Service

FollowUp helps freelancers track invoices and send reminder messages. By using the service, you confirm that you have permission to contact your clients through the channels you configure.

You are responsible for the invoice data, client contact details, and reminder content sent from your account. FollowUp provides delivery tooling, but payment collection and contractual disputes remain between you and your clients.

Trial access is limited by invoice count and time period as described in the app. Paid plans unlock unlimited invoices and reminders using the in-app upgrade flow until a payment provider is connected.

We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or misuse of payment, messaging, or email providers connected to the application.
